Peter Baas has 40 years of experience in managing and advising NGOs and complex networks. He actively co-directs change programmes of and for (people in) corporate organisations and NGOs. Peter’s goal is to make their ambitions explicit and tangible; he supplies new perspectives and alternatives. Furthermore, Peter co-produces the transition towards a new and desired reality, by giving special attention to the necessary success factors within the internal organisation of his clients: competencies, organisational design, learnings, communication skills and attitudes of management and professionals. Peter’s contribution in these programmes consists of process facilitation, building bridges between different actors & stakeholders and co-implementing the change – from design to practise.
Examples of recent projects: Assisting The Dicastery of the Promotion for Integral Human Development of the Vatican in the design of a policy regarding venture philanthropy and impact investing and consulting IFRC in Geneva in translating new organisational model of the Federation into effective teams and functionalities and implementation of transition processes.
